Build
Fitting the Radiator Pipes and Tie Rods
Step 1
Retrieve your Front Frame assembly from the previous stage. Push the pin on the thick end of the Left Radiator Pipe into this left-side hole of the Upper Radiator Panel:
Rotate this Left Radiator Pipe to bring the rest of the pipe under the Front Frame, as shown:
Push the holes in the Left Radiator Pipe tabs down onto these pins on the bottom of the Front Frame.
Be sure not to trap the two nearby battery Cables under these Radiator Pipes:
Step 2
In the same way, push the pin on the curved end of the Right Radiator Pipe into this right-side hole of the Upper Radiator Panel:
And like before, rotate this Right Radiator Pipe to bring the rest of the pipe under the Front Frame and push the holes in the tabs down onto these pins on the bottom of the Front Frame:
Step 3
Press the pins of one Radiator Tie Rod into these left-side holes of the Front Frame and Radiator, as shown:
Likewise, press the pins of the other Radiator Tie Rod into these right-side holes of the Front Frame and Radiator, as shown:
Thoughts
Installing these Radiator Tie Rods should keep the Fan Support Grilles from contacting the Front Crossbar.
