The parts supplied in this stage will not be needed until the next stage, so keep them stored somewhere safe for now:
Attaching the Reinforcement Crossbar
Step 1
Retrieve all of your parts (and the Type A screws) supplied with the previous stage. Press the post of the black Horn Actuator Body into the silver Horn Actuator Body, as shown:
Press the two pins of the silver Horn Actuator Body bracket into the matching holes at this location of the Reinforcement Crossbar.
If you find this to be a tight fit, use a sharp hobby knife or file to clear some of the black paint out of the holes:
Step 2
Press the two holes of the Windscreen Washer Reservoir onto the two pins at this location of the Reinforcement Crossbar, as shown.
If you find this to be a tight fit, use a sharp hobby knife or file to remove some of the black paint from the pins:
Step 3
Retrieve your Front Frame assembly from the previous stage. Fit this Reinforcement Crossbar over the two matching posts on either side, orientating it as shown:
Secure the Reinforcement Crossbar into place with two (2) Type A screws.
This is your friendly reminder to try using 3-in-One Oil on all screws going into metal:
