Attaching the Right Door Panel

Step 1

Retrieve your Right Door assembly from the previous stage. Fit the Light Switch Housing into the rectangular recess of the Right Door so the square post of the Light Switch Button is resting in this notch:

Secure the Light Switch Housing into place with one (1) Type D screw.

This is your friendly reminder to try using 3-in-One Oil on all screws going into metal:

Step 2

Feed the plug of the Light Switch under the Light Switch Button, along the inside of the door, and out through the Door Hinge, as shown:

Fit the Light Switch itself into the Light Switch Housing so the switch button (arrow below) is facing the square post of the Light Switch Button, as shown:

Make sure you can push on the round end of the Light Switch Button and activate this tiny switch:

Step 3

Fit the Right Door Panel to the inside of the Right Door, aligning the screw holes as shown.

Make sure the wiring of the Light Switch is not pinched or trapped as you place this panel:

Secure the Right Door Panel into place with four (4) Type A screws:

Thoughts

This door is being assembled in the exact same way as the first one, so these steps should feel familiar. Keep this Right Door assembly and the unused Cladding Panel nearby as they are needed in the next stage.
