Materials: The Wheel Rim is metal, the Pirelli Tyre is rubber, and the window parts are plastic.

Build

Assembling the Window Glass and Tyre

The Pirelli Tyre

Step 1

Squeeze the Wheel Rim into the center of the Pirelli Tyre (Tire) as shown. Ensure it is fully seated all the way around.

Take care not to the damage the tiny chromed valve stem detail on the Wheel Rim. Unlike many of my other vehicle partwork models, I surprisingly did not have to warm this tire up in order to fit it over the wheel.

On a side note, I am shocked by the amazing details of this Rim and Tire. Both parts have very tiny and accurate markings!

The Window Glass

Step 2

Fit the holes of the Chromed Glass Frame over the matching posts of the Left Window Glass, as shown:

Step 3

Retrieve your Left Door assembly from the previous stage. Align the holes of this Left Window Glass assembly onto the matching posts inside the Left Door with the chrome facing out as shown, and then secure the assembly into place with two (2) Type A screws.

Do not overtighten these screws as you risk cracking the plastic window piece. This is also the first of many friendly reminders to try using 3-in-One Oil on all screws going into metal:

That step completes this stage. Here is our Left Door assembly so far:

Thoughts

Everything is fitting perfectly with this build. I am more than happy with how it is coming together!
